Job Description:DEPARTMENT OVERVIEWThe Global Technology Solutions (GTS) organization is comprised of several major departments: Platforms, Practices, Segment Technology, Enterprise Technology and Digital. The overall GTS finance team is responsible for providing financial support, analysis, reporting, guidance and strategic advice and decision support to P&T.
The GTS Investment Management team provides end-to-end cost quotation and third-party contract support including development and review of contract financials. It also facilitates the GTS Finance Signing Party weekly agenda and provides thought leadership to drive productivity and automation with a goal to create capacity and optimize costs.

JOB DESCRIPTIONSupport the Third-Party Lifecycle Management Project with early socialization and triage of upcoming vendor engagements between GTS Finance departments (frequency = weekly reporting & meetings to review pipeline).
Build financials for contract wrappers, using a consistent framework with adherence to Bank policies
(frequency = Ad hoc / aligned to contract start dates).
- The successful applicant will prepare, advise, facilitate, and challenge the build of financials for third-party technology contracts.
- Transparently summarize financials (turn complexity, into simplicity)
- Create Shareholder Value by identifying cost savings opportunities, challenging assumptions as appropriate, highlighting risks/opportunities/issues that help drive the right investment decisions
- Deliver strong governance and control with advisory/analytical capabilities in working with our business partners on financials

- Currently enrolled in second or third year of an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
- High degree of attention for detail with above average organizational skills
- Advanced competency level with MS Excel – working with large volumes of data
