We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including equipment and utensils.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
• Participate in regular cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences is essential.
