Duties- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests efficiently
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using front desk software
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Assist guests with special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, or additional amenities
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
Experience- Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service software is a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and hotel operations will be advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional appearance are essential for representing the brand positively
