Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our dedicated team at Rawley in Port Severn. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive personalized and memorable experiences during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records using phone systems and front desk software, Opera.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel front desk or guest services roles.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
