Guest Services Supervisor (Full-Time)
Reporting to: General Manager
Travelodge by Wyndham Thunder Bay is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Guest Services Supervisor to join our leadership team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys leading by example, and is passionate about guest service, operational consistency, and team support.
The Guest Services Supervisor plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel and will assist with front desk leadership, guest relations, training support, problem resolution, and overall operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts
- Assist with guest concerns, service recovery, and escalations
- Provide support, coaching, and guidance to front desk associates
- Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and professionalism are maintained
- Assist with shift coverage and scheduling support when required
- Support communication between departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor reservations, payments, billing concerns, and daily reporting
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
Qualifications:- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with hotel PMS systems is considered an asset
- Must be comfortable supporting hotel operations in a team-focused environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.20 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
