We are currently hiring Health Care Aides (HCAs), Student Registered Nurses (Student RNs), semi-retired RNs, and individuals with healthcare experience to provide personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. Key Responsibilities- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care
- Follow and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) within scope of practice
- Support clients with transfers, mobility, and prescribed exercises
- Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Work safely within your level of training and experience
Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
- Experience with catheter care and peri care required
- Safe lifting and transfer experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an asset)
- Must currently reside in Kelowna or the Okanagan area
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (LMIA not available)
- Reliable transportation required
- Availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional on-call shifts
Schedule & Hours- 10–30 hours per week
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
