We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team for Dirt work and snow ploughing. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of farm machinery and heavy equipment ( 750 JD Dozer, 225 JD Excavator, Skid Steers, Roller etc.)

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner for dirt work and snow ploughing
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Work closely with other team members to ensure project completion
• Operate equipment in a manner that is environmentally responsible

• Common sense is a MUST*
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
• Experience with general Excavation and winter snow removal
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for heavy equipment operation
