Position Summary:We’re looking for an HR Technology Solutions Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving our HR technology ecosystem. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON.
In this role, you’ll ensure HR systems are stable, secure, and aligned to business needs by delivering scalable solutions across HR applications (including Dayforce). You’ll partner closely with HR and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system configurations, support integrations and data flows, and improve both system performance and the end-user experience.
You’ll also act as a key contributor to the ongoing evolution of HR technology capabilities, helping ensure our platforms remain reliable, well-integrated, and future ready. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Dayforce expertise with a curiosity for emerging technologies, process optimization, automation, analytics, and broader HR technology solution delivery.

What You’ll Do:Technical Accountability:- Configure, administer, and support HR applications across the organization.
- Design and develop scalable solutions that address both functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Support integrations, data feeds, security roles, workflows, and related HR system configurations.
- Clearly communicate complex technical solutions and concepts to business stakeholders.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and technical design materials.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to support integrations, security controls, data flows, environments, and infrastructure dependencies related to HR applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
Functional Accountability:Partner with
