We’re a small, tight-knit union HVAC company (UA Local 516) doing a mix of commercial construction, residential installs, and service work. No two days are the same, and we like it that way.

We’re not looking for someone to just “fill a role.”

We’re looking for a winner—someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready, and wants to build a real career in the trade.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercial HVAC installs and retrofits
• Residential heat pump and system installations
• Service and troubleshooting work
• Working alongside experienced Journeymen
• Delivering clean, professional work we’re proud to put our name on

What We’re Looking For

• 2nd Year Apprentice or higher (required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability (this matters more than talk)
• Takes initiative—doesn’t wait to be told every step
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license
