Duties- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Identify New Leads and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, client meetings, and product presentations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Provide technical product demonstrations and explain complex solutions tailored to client requirements
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and ongoing support
Qualifications- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market insights to inform decision-making
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
