Reporting to the Operations Manager
Customer Service & Admin Tasks:- Assist Industrial Paint accounts / body shops / collision repair facilities with orders for industrial & automotive paint (toners, clears, hardeners, primers, reducers, etc) and paint-related materials (i.e. sandpaper, putties, adhesives, masking equipment, detail supplies, safety items, tools, etc)
- Manage multiple incoming calls, emails, and online orders and requests
- Provide product recommendation & support
- Build strong relationships with customers and sales staff
- Track backorders & special requests
- Process Purchase Orders to replenish stock
- Assist salespeople with pricing, part numbers, quotes, etc
- Assist with daily cash reconciliation & reporting
Paint Mixing & Product Support:- Mix and tint paint accurately according to customer specifications
- Maintain knowledge of product lines, color systems, and application methods
- Ensure equipment is clean, calibrated and safe to operate.
Warehouse Tasks:- Receive, stock and organize inventory
- Prepare orders for delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Qualifications/Skills- Minimum 2 years of previous order desk / customer service / inside sales / warehouse experience in an automotive or industrial paint setting
- Must be able to lift 5g pails of paint and lift up to 75lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Explorer
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Above average communication skills. Able to deal with customers, salespeople, vendors and warehouse staff
- Sound problem solving abilities, must be able to think on your feet and handle difficult situations
- Deals effectively and professionally with issues that arise

Pay: $24.00 per hour
