Speed matters in this role. Leads come in warm, and the faster you respond, the higher the chance of closing the sale. Whether it’s replying to an inquiry, following up on an abandoned cart, or helping a customer finalize the right configuration, responsiveness directly affects income.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound leads from our website, ads, social media, and customer inquiries
- Follow up with potential customers by text, email, and phone
- Help customers choose the right couch size, layout, colour, and configuration for their space
- Educate customers on key product benefits such as comfort, modularity, washable covers, pet friendly fabric, storage ottomans, and overall value
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales
- Follow up consistently with interested leads who have not yet purchased
- Keep customer conversations organized and updated
- Work closely with the team to improve sales process and customer experience
Requirements- Strong communication and sales ability
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required if you can genuinely sell
- Comfortable speaking with customers all day through text, email, and phone
- Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working in office to start
- Ecommerce, furniture, or home/lifestyle sales experience is a bonus
