Toshont Power Products, established in 1993, is a Canadian distributor of Industrial Electrical Products. This includes low and medium voltage motors and VFDs, UPS, Power Apparatus and Components and service.
Responsibilities:- Work with our account managers to service our customers through on-time quotations and expediting of information pertaining to Electric Motors and Controls products.
- You will establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and vendors
- Coordinate and process orders, quotations and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner and provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multi-task including, order entry, on-time quotations, responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
- Timely follow-up on quotations.
- Making outbound calls to potential customer, following up on leads
- Stay abreast of current products and procedures.
- Other work, as assigned.
Experience:- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Knowledge/Experience with electric motors, controls and/or VFD's
Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Literacy; Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook); familiar with CRM and Accounting software
- Teamwork and customer service oriented

- Prior experience with Electric Motors and/or Controls is desirable, but not required.
- Bilingual in French is desirable, but not required.
