We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented Technical Service Representative to join our Personal Lines Insurance team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our service team, ensuring smooth administrative operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter client account data into the Broker Management System (BMS)
• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance
• Issue automobile liability slips
• Receive and report claims promptly
• Manage incoming mail: receive, scan, and distribute to appropriate CSR
• Order AutoPlus and MVR reports
• Distribute client policy documents via email and/or mail

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with administrative tasks and data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
