As an Internal Service Advisor a typical day might include the following:- Maintain strong Hours Per RO performance and track daily targets
- Monitor repair progress, keep customers informed, and follow up promptly
- Review completed work with customers, explain charges, warranties, and additional recommendations
- Inspect completed work (or coordinate inspections) to ensure repairs meet Toyota quality standards before vehicles are returned to customers
- Work with technicians to identify any additional issues found during repairs and relay that information promptly to service advisors for customer authorization
- Maintain high CSI scores through consistent, quality customer interactions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Greet customers promptly and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Identify and confirm vehicle service needs through active listening and clear communication
- Present accurate cost estimates, secure approvals, and set realistic timelines
This position might be right for you if:- A valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract
- Ability to stay organized and deal with high volume during mid month and month end
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
- Willingness to learn about new car technologies
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
- A high level of motivation, positive energy and strong customer service skills
