Job OverviewYou will be responsible for promoting and recruiting students for our junior summer camp programs by building partnerships with overseas study abroad agencies, schools, and educational institutions.
This role focuses on effectively communicating the value of our programs, securing new partnerships, and strengthening existing relationships across English-speaking markets.
Comprehensive training will be provided, so candidates without prior experience in the education industry are also encouraged to apply.
This position includes a performance incentive based on the number of contracts secured with agencies and schools, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working toward targets and achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, candidates, clients, government bodies, and partner organizations.
- Handle general administrative duties and walk-in inquiries
- Manage sales pipelines, contract status, and prepare regular performance reports
- Support planning and execution of seminars, information sessions, and promotional events
- Provide assistance to students and parents as needed
- Perform other office-related duties to support daily operations
Required Qualifications- Business-level English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field
- Ability to proactively work toward targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic computer tools
- Familiarity with social media and online communication platforms
