Fraser Valley Pre-Owned is hiring an experienced team of Internet Sales & Finance professionals to join our dealership. This role is designed for proven sales & finance professionals who know how to structure, sell, and fund high-volume credit-challenged deals.
This is not an entry-level finance role.
This is not an administrative position.
This is not a training opportunity.
You will work within a large, established automotive dealer group with access to a massive multi-brand vehicle inventory, including new Honda, Ram, Chrysler, and Jeep vehicles with factory incentives, rebates, and competitive pricing. Our location inside a major auto mall provides immediate credibility and customer confidence, which directly improves show rates and closing ratios.
We operate one of the strongest prime and sub-prime finance portals in the Lower Mainland, supported by low-cost inventory, high approval potential, and full administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Close high-volume automotive finance deals
- Work bad credit, challenged credit, and subprime leads
- Call and manage a large database of automotive credit leads
- Structure deals and submit applications to multiple subprime lenders
- Manage lender stipulations, callbacks, and approval conditions
- Present realistic vehicles, payments, and terms to customers
- Follow dealership finance process and compliance standards exactly
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)- Proven experience in Automotive Sales and/or Subprime Finance Management
- Demonstrated track record of funded subprime deals
- Strong knowledge of subprime lenders, approvals, and deal structures
- Ability to consistently close credit-challenged customers
- High accountability, professionalism, and respect for process
- Willing and able to provide proof of performance
