Job SummaryPT3 Group of Companies is hiring an IT & AI Automation Specialist to support our technology systems, AI tools, workflow automation, cybersecurity basics, and digital operations.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates may be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal. One position is available in each city.
The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, organized, problem-solving oriented, and comfortable working with AI tools, automation platforms, websites, cloud systems, and basic IT support.
Responsibilities- Set up, manage, and improve AI automation workflows
- Support company websites, domains, emails, cloud accounts, and software tools
- Help implement AI tools for marketing, operations, document management, and customer communication
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues for team members
- Manage online accounts, access permissions, and digital security basics
- Support CRM, automation, and productivity systems
- Research and recommend new AI and technology tools
- Work with management to improve internal digital processes
Requirements- Experience in IT support, automation, AI tools, software systems, or related technical work
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and cloud-based software
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, email systems, domains, and account management
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Experience with websites, CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is an asset

Pay: $75,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
