Role OverviewThe Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects with a focus on organization, communication, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to successful project delivery.
The Junior Project Manager works closely with project managers, internal teams, and clients to ensure tasks are completed on time and project documentation is maintained accurately. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills are essential.

ScheduleThis is a full-time permanent position with 8-hour shifts from Monday – Friday for a total of 40 hrs weekly.
What we OfferCompetitive Salary:- $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year. Salary commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do- Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and completion of technical and operational projects
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and wrap-ups
- Act as a point of contact for project-related communication, documentation, and coordination
- Provide regular project status updates to internal teams and clients
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and ensure templates reflect best practices
- Track tasks, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with project scope
- Support senior project managers and technical teams by monitoring progress and maintaining momentum
- Coordinate cross-team efforts with the Service Desk and Technical teams
- Support solution design workflows by managing requests, documentation, and timelines
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement
What You Bring- Post-secondary education in business, project management, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience supporting technical or operational projects
- Project Management certification or coursework (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile fundamentals) and or related experience
- Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Microsoft Project or Visio experience is an asset
- Highly organized with a structured, systematic approach to task and time management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and receptive to feedback
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
