IT Systems & Automation Specialist

Premium Pool & Spa – Position can be in Vernon or Kelowna, BC

Premium Pool & Spa is growing, and we are looking for a highly capable IT expert to take ownership of our technology systems across our entire infrastructure

This is an in person, hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can manage a wide range of technical responsibilities and continuously improve how our systems operate.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving all aspects of our technology infrastructure — from day-to-day IT support to long-term system development and automation.

This role requires someone who is:

• Technically strong
• Highly adaptable
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage software automation and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues
• Oversee and improve websites and web development projects
• Manage and optimize phone systems and communications tools
• Support and maintain vehicle tracking and GPS systems
• Assist with or lead app development initiatives
• Improve internal systems, workflows, and overall efficiency
• Provide ongoing IT support across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Experience with automation tools and system integrations
• Knowledge of web development (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
• Familiarity with VOIP / phone systems
• Experience with tracking systems or IoT devices is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Self-directed, solution-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
