Job SummaryEB Solution Corporation is seeking a highly skilled IT Network Systems Administrator to support and manage complex multi-client infrastructure environments across managed IT, telecom, and wireless network deployments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-availability systems and supporting advanced networking, VoIP, and cloud-integrated platforms.
Duties- Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPNs, MPLS, and wireless networks to ensure high availability and security.
- Configure and support network devices such as Cisco routers, Cisco ASA firewalls, Juniper devices, and switches to optimise performance and security.
- Implement and maintain VoIP systems including SIP protocols, QoS configurations, and related telecommunication solutions.
- Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Splunk; perform regular troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues promptly.
- Manage network security measures including firewall policies, IDS/IPS systems (e.g., Cisco ISE), PKI certificates, LDAP authentication, SSL encryption, and SSO integrations.
- Administer server environments including Windows Server, Linux distributions (Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu), VMware vSphere, AWS cloud services, Azure cloud platforms, and virtualisation technologies.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash; utilise Ansible for configuration management.
- Maintain documentation of network architecture diagrams and system configurations aligned with ITIL standards.
- Conduct system upgrades and patch management to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Support remote access solutions including SSH, SFTP, Citrix virtualisation solutions; optimise network performance through load balancing techniques.
- Collaborate with development teams on API integrations and deployment of network-related applications ensuring high availability and security.

Experience- Proven experience in managing complex network environments within MSP or enterprise settings.
- Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP; routing protocols; DNS; DHCP; IPsec; MPLS; Ethernet; Ethernet switching; VLANs; QoS policies.
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco (including Cisco ISE), Juniper networking equipment; familiarity with SAN storage solutions (e.g., NFS); experience with firewall management (Cisco ASA).
- Strong background in system administration across Windows Server OSes (Windows 10/Server), Linux distributions (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS), Solaris or openSUSE.
- Experience deploying and managing virtualisation platforms such as VMware vSphere or Citrix XenServer; cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of network security best practices including encryption standards (SSL/TLS), VPNs (IPsec), high availability configurations, load balancing strategies.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds or PRTG for proactive network management.
- Ability to script automation tasks using PowerShell or Bash; experience with DevOps methodologies is advantageous.
