Job Description:As an IT Support Specialist at Titan IT & Video Services, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to our diverse client base. This position is to provide leave coverage. This temporary position is anticipated to last 12 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. Your role will involve resolving complex technical issues related to Microsoft products and services, including Windows servers, networking, and end-user desktop support. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to technical issues escalated from clients.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Microsoft products and services.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers, networking equipment, and end-user desktops.
- Identifying and resolving network and system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Providing proactive maintenance and support to prevent potential issues.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to implement effective solutions and best practices.
Requirements:- Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, TCP/IP, e-mail systems, Windows RDS/Terminal Services, smartphones, virtualization technologies, storage solutions, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
