Job Description:We are seeking versatile IT professionals to support and maintain enterprise technology environments across service desk, deskside support, and systems administration functions. This role involves providing end-user support, managing infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems in both on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to end users via remote and on-site support channels (service desk & deskside)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory
- Support identity and access management through Microsoft Azure (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Perform device setup, imaging, and lifecycle management (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
- Monitor system performance and assist with maintenance, patching, and updates
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior teams when required
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:- Experience in IT support, service desk, deskside, or systems administration roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and enterprise IT systems
- Hands-on experience with:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft 365
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Preferred Certifications:- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- ITIL Foundation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
