What You’ll Be DoingNo two days are the same (and that’s how we like it):
- Setting up and configuring computers, laptops, and workstations
- Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 (users, email, security, policies)
- Maintaining servers, backups, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting everything from “it won’t turn on” to complex system issues
- Providing on-site support to clients (yes, you’ll get out of the office)
- Helping keep systems secure and up to date
- Deploying hardware, running cables, and making things work properly
What You Bring- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
- Solid understanding of Windows systems and basic networking
- Comfort working with servers (Windows Server, virtualization is a bonus)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues without panicking (Google skills count )
- Strong communication skills—you can talk tech without sounding like a robot
- A valid driver’s license (you’ll be visiting client sites)
Bonus Points- Experience with Ubiquiti networking gear
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices
- Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
