Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
or equivalent experience
Tasks- Instruct apprentices
- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
- Order parts and maintain inventory
- Keep maintenance reports and documentation
- Perform other routine maintenance
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses- Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
- Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Commercial Vehicle Inspection Certificate
