We are currently seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced and collaborative team within the manufacturing and print production industry. Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON (King St W)
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 (no flex)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Model: Fully in-office (first 3 months of training), then hybrid schedule
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities- Support full-cycle project coordination, including design assistance, manufacturing specifications, installation planning, and after-sales support
- Assist with quoting and estimating by gathering specifications, documentation, and identifying material, labour, and time requirements
- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service standards and client expectations are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, installers, and clients
- Assist in sourcing new vendors and installation partners as needed
- Maintain and improve departmental workflows and efficiency
- Update and manage project documentation throughout all phases
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously through various stages of production
- Support the development of improved internal processes and best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills- 1–3 years of experience in a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar support role
- Background in manufacturing, printing, production, or a small business environment where multiple responsibilities were managed is strongly preferred
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) is an asset
- Ability to read or interpret technical drawings, floor plans, or production specifications is highly beneficial
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the industry
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
