SummaryWe are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Canada. Based in our office, this role is vital in supporting project management activities related to entrance automation systems. You will play a key part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, aligning with our company's commitment to quality and innovation.
Responsibilities- Coordinate project progress from order to installation
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and site teams
- Assist in reviewing and modifying drawings
- Support preparation of shop drawings and layouts
- Track project timelines and report issues
- Maintain and organize project documentation
- Coordinate on-site activities and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and assist with resolving on-site issues
Requirements- Basic CAD skills (AutoCAD required)
- Familiarity with SolidWorks (preferred)
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in both office and on-site environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)
Preferred Qualifications- Background in Mechanical Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
- Experience with fabrication drawings or equipment layout
- Hands-on mindset with problem-solving ability
