Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous gutter and siding installation projects, from pre-installation planning through to final close-out.
• Attend the project schedule by the production manager and verify labour, equipment and material.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope, verify measurements and troubleshoot potential issues before and during installation.
• Procure and manage the timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment, working with vendors and the purchasing department.
• Ensure that all projects comply with the Production Manager’s recommendations, safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Report progress to the Production Manager in the timeline requested.

Team and Resource Management

• Monitor crew productivity and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Communication and Reporting

• Communicate with the Production Manager at all times.
• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, punch lists and close-out documents.
• Provide regular, concise progress reports to the Production Manager, highlighting key milestones, risks and challenges.
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or delays related to labour, materials or site conditions.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of three years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the construction, exterior remodelling or home improvement industry.
• Demonstrable knowledge of gutter and siding installation practices, materials and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to visit active construction sites, which may involve climbing ladders, navigating uneven terrain and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Must be able to lift to [Specify Weight, e.g., 25] pounds occasionally.
