We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper/Prep Cook to join our team at The Flats Eatery + Drink. As a Kitchen Helper/Prep Cook, you'll assist in food preparation and cooking tasks in a busy kitchen setting. Job duties:- Prepare ingredients like chopping vegetables and marinating meats.
- Measure and portion ingredients for recipes.
- Assist chefs and cooks with meal preparation.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Store food items properly.
- Follow food safety guidelines.
- Help maintain inventory of kitchen supplies.
Requirements:- Preferred previous experience in food service or kitchen work.
- Able to safely handle kitchen tools like knives.
- Familiar with food safety rules.
- Good at managing time and working quickly.
- Can work well with others.
- Pays close attention to details and follows recipes accurately.
