Responsibilities:- Prepare and execute Indian and Continental menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Supervise kitchen operations during service when required
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist with inventory, prep planning, and minimizing waste
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff
Requirements:- Previous experience as a line cook (experience with Indian cuisine is an asset)
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
