We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead to oversee daily operations within our food service establishment. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen operations
• Assist with meal preparation during peak hours to support team members as needed
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock for freshness and quality
• Train new staff on food handling procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations
