Primary Purpose:The Temporary Wall Systems (TWS) Lead Installer role is responsible for coordinating the installation of the Temporary Wall Systems and ensuring every containment is built safely, correctly, and professionally while working closely with TWS Sales & Service and other installers. This role will also assist in the local branch with warehouse, delivery and service duties when required.
Essential Job Functions:TWS- Leads, trains, and sets the standard when installing and dismantling containment units.
- Foreman level leader that manages on-site crews, ensures safety compliance, leads quality installations and acts as the main on-site point of contact.
- Coordinates safe transportation of materials to destination and returns to storage once completed.
- Ensures all installations meet safety, performance, and quality standards by maintaining a safe and clean job site, storing materials properly and following Temporary Wall Systems procedures.
- Organize and assist with routine cleaning and maintenance ensuring it’s being performed on product inventory, tools, warehouse, etc.
- Arrives at the designated work site or office as scheduled, properly attired in approved Temporary Wall Systems clothing.
- Maintain industry-related licensing as needed, staying up to date on product specifications.
- Maintain rental assets including but not limited to cleaning, repairing, inventorying, tracking incoming/outgoing, etc.
- Communicate effectively with the customers and meet their onsite requirements as directed by your supervisor.
Branch- Drive vehicles to transport materials to and from specified destinations.
- Assist in warehouse preparing orders for delivery, shipping, or collection.
- Receive and check inbound inventory for accuracy.
- Provide in-shop efficiency (DOP) and Fit Testing services for customers.
- Assist with conducting inventory/cycle counts.
- Provide back-up coverage for other members of the local team.
