How will you contribute?The Learning and Program Logistics Officer plays a key role in supporting the Organizational Development team by providing administrative and coordination support across learning and development, performance management, and employee recognition initiatives. This role ensures programs and events are delivered efficiently through proactive planning and logistical coordination, while serving as a central point of contact for the team.
In this role, you will coordinate logistics, manage administrative processes, and ensure all details are in place. You will use your strong communication skills to build effective relationships, respond to requests with professionalism, and deliver a high-quality experience for internal and external stakeholders.

This selection process may be used to staff determinate or indeterminate positions at the same level with similar requirements.

Prerequisites- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Adult Education, Learning, Event Planning, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience;
- Experience supporting learning and development, training, or corporate events is considered an asset;
- Experience working in within a parliamentary hill organization is considered an asset;
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Proactive approach with sound judgment and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships;
- Well-developed administrative skills with an ability to coordinate programs, events, or initiatives with diverse stakeholders;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for database management, report generation, presentations, and communication;
- Effective oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
