The RoleAs a Learning Consultant, you will play a strategic role in designing and delivering large-scale training initiatives that build capability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business stakeholders to design and develop impactful training programs aligned with business objectives
- Select and apply effective instructional strategies to maximize engagement and knowledge retention
- Facilitate dynamic learning experiences using a mix of in-person and virtual delivery methods
- Continuously assess and enhance training programs based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs
- Stay current on learning and development trends to ensure leading-edge practices are applied
What You Bring- Post-secondary degree or diploma, with a certification (or willingness to pursue) in Adult Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder consultation and relationship management
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing large-scale training programs across multiple modalities
- Proven experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia (preferred)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness
- Insurance industry experience is considered an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
Additional InformationHybrid work model with occasional travel to offsite locations
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, and scope of the role; total rewards extend beyond base salary
