Position SummaryThe Leasing & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, and community awareness for Waterford Grand Retirement Community.
This role oversees the full sales cycle — from lead generation and tours to deposits and move-ins — while delivering an exceptional experience to prospective residents and their families.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, relationship-focused, and motivated by achieving results in a premium retirement living environment.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Occupancy- Achieve and maintain occupancy targets of 95%+
- Manage the full sales process:
- Inquiry
- Tour
- Follow-up
- Deposit
- Move-in
- Conduct private and virtual tours
- Maintain accurate suite availability and waitlists
- Complete lease agreements and residency documentation
Lead Management & CRM- Maintain prospect and lead information within Welcome Home CRM
- Track lead sources and conversion performance
- Maintain organized pipelines and consistent follow-up practices
Marketing & Community Outreach- Execute marketing and outreach initiatives
- Build referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
- Attend networking events, expos, and community functions
- Support social media and promotional campaigns
Resident Experience & Move-Ins- Coordinate resident move-ins with families and internal departments
- Support smooth resident transitions and onboarding experiences
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Care and operational teams
Administration & Reporting- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Provide regular occupancy and sales pipeline updates
- Ensure confidentiality of all business and resident information
Qualifications- 3–5 years of experience in sales, leasing, or marketing
- Experience in retirement living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate considered an asset
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
