We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Ensure all dishes are cooked to order and presented attractively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

• Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques is essential
• Familiarity with the food industry and kitchen operations will be advantageous
• Experience with food safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in a professional kitchen environment is required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
