OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Adhere to serving standards and assist in providing excellent customer service when necessary
Experience- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Experience with meal preparation in a fast-paced setting is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills within the food industry
