Duties- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and utensils
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow all food safety protocols and maintain proper storage of ingredients
Requirements- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Prior experience with serving or customer interaction is a plus
- Kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with various cooking methods and equipment is preferred
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Food Handler certification
Pay:$19.00-$22.00 per hour
