Manitoba Club is searching for an experienced Banquet Line Cook to join our talented culinary team.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Preparation of menu items for catered events
- Participate in plating of catered events
- Participate in setting up and executing buffet events
- Prepare daily requisitions for supply and production of catered events
- Work in team environment
- Monitor waste during production
- Advanced knife skills are required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment in high pressure situations
The shift is Tuesday to Saturday 1pm to 9:30pm with some Sundays and Holidays required.
