Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to menu specifications and recipes
- Cook food items with precision, ensuring proper presentation and taste
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours
Experience- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in meal preparation, food industry practices, or related roles is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning and growth within the culinary field
