We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our growing culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have a passion for quality food, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Keep workstations clean and organized during shifts
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours
- Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies are low
- Ability to lift approximately 20–30 lbs as required during shifts
- Assist with dishwashing and other duties as required.
Qualifications:- Previous kitchen or food service experience required
- Strong knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Available to work evenings and weekends
