Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
• Cook menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Restock supplies and assist in inventory management as needed
• Adhere to all food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
• Strong understanding of food handling practices and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of serving, meal preparation, and food industry standards is advantageous
• Prior experience with food safety certifications is a plus
