Must have a love of the fast paced environment and understand food handling and cleanliness. In need of both full & part time staff for all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year cooking experience in a fast paced environment
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills
• Ability to take direction and work quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Able to shut down, clean, and reset kitchen during closes
• Able to work well independently and in a group setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Pay:

$19.00-$24.00 per hour
