Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow proper food handling and safety protocols at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to all health regulations and safety guidelines within the food industry
Qualifications- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
