Experienced Line Cook / Sushi Chef
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef / Line Cook to join our team at a well-established, high-quality steak and seafood restaurant.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in sushi preparation who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and presentation. You will be working as part of a team — not a head chef position — with a focus on execution and maintaining standards.
Responsibilities:- Prepare sushi to consistent, high-quality standards
- Work the stations of the line as required
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Follow established recipes and plating guidelines
- Work efficiently during service
