Position Details:

Position Type: Contract

Job Location: Burks Falls, On

Compensation: $22-25.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP inventory documentation
• Coordinate inbound & outbound logistics paperwork
• Ensure real-time transaction posting in SAP
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Liaise between plant, transporters, and 3PL network

Detailed Scope of Work

A. Inbound Process Management

Activities:

• Monitor inbound deliveries in SAP
• Create / process:
  • Inbound deliveries
  • Goods Receipt (MIGO)
• Verify:
  • Packing lists
  • COA document archiving / sharing with quality
  • Quantity counted by the receiving clerk vs PO (2nd pair of eyes)
• Manage:
  • GR posting in SAP (2 pairs of eyes principle)
  • Batch management

SAP Transactions (example, not limited to):

• MIGO
• MB52
• ME23N
• VL33N (only after we implement shipment notifications)

B. Outbound Process Management

• Create outbound delivery
• Pick confirmation
• Post Goods Issue
• Prepare:
  • Bill of Lading
  • Packing list
  • Shipping documentation
• Coordinate with transporters
• Track dispatch confirmation

C. Inventory Management

• Support in stock reconciliation (only verifying the documentation)
• Monitor:
  • Open deliveries
  • Open POs
• Support:
  • Cycle counts
  • Annual physical inventory
• Manage:
  • Stock transfers
  • Return deliveries

D. Documentation Control

• Maintain shipment documentation file
• Ensure compliance (especially for DG cargo)
• Retain copies per audit requirements

Qualifications:

• +3 or superior in logistics and transportation
• Customer focused
• Good communication skills
• Excellent organization & time management skills
• Significant knowledge of operations inbound logistics and customs procedures
• SAP knowledge (preferred)
