Effortless Perfection Home Care is currently seeking a calm, patient, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one community support for a 28-year-old male with autism in Brampton.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys community engagement, recreational activities, and providing meaningful support in a respectful and encouraging environment.
Position Details:- Part-time respite/community support
- Approximately 5 hours once per week to start
- Potential for additional hours in the future
- Location: Brampton, ON
Client Interests & Activities:- Swimming (caregiver must be a strong swimmer)
- Community outings
- Movies
- Restaurants and lunch outings
- Recreational activities such as Centre Island
Ideal Candidate:- Experience supporting individuals with autism or behavioural needs
- Calm, patient, and compassionate personality
- Comfortable supporting clients during community outings
- Strong swimming ability required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred
- Comfortable driving client to activities and appointments
- Familiar with Brampton and surrounding areas
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check preferred
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
