HIRING MANAGER!! Manager, Application Development – Remote

This organization operates within a highly regulated, enterprise technology environment where secure, scalable platforms are critical to business operations. Engineering excellence, disciplined delivery, and strong governance drive innovation across complex application ecosystems.

• Own day-to-day delivery across multiple application development teams, ensuring consistent execution across the full SDLC.
• Lead delivery planning aligned with architectural direction, security standards, and business priorities.
• Partner closely with Architects to translate solution designs into executable delivery and technical plans.
• Oversee capacity planning, work intake, prioritization, dependencies, and risk mitigation across initiatives.
• Ensure high engineering standards through code reviews, quality gates, secure coding practices, and audit-ready documentation.

• Deep expertise in application development within enterprise environments, including hands-on technical oversight.
• Advanced experience leading SDLC and Agile delivery, including release management and deployment readiness.
• Strong background in code quality practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and maintainable design patterns.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, coaching performance, and removing delivery roadblocks.
• Exposure to security-first development and audit/compliance requirements (change control, traceability, evidence).

Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
