About this teamThe Fulfillment Inventory Management team plays a critical role in maintaining inventory health, optimizing network capacity, enabling strategic inventory placement across the NAM fulfillment network, and ensuring the timely exit of end‑of‑life inventory. We partner closely with a broad range of cross‑functional teams to deliver on investment commitments while governing the processes that support effective inventory management and end‑of‑life execution.
We design and evolve core operational processes, lead governance routines, strengthen organizational connectivity, and generate data‑driven insights that fuel continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Through consistent and scalable governance frameworks, we drive efficient, standardized inventory practices that improve product availability, maximize DC space utilization, and minimize impacts on DC operations.
Reporting to the Senior Management, Fulfillment Inventory Management this role will lead a team to deliver on key mandates and financial commitments in a highly cross-functional area.
Core responsibilities- Lead and influence senior‑level cross‑functional forums (VP+) to create visibility, align on key decisions, and drive actions to completion.
- Apply operational and financial expertise to deliver multi‑million‑dollar savings within the investment portfolio while supporting long‑range strategic planning and business case development.
- Advance the strategic vision for network inventory availability and DC capacity management by enabling tactical execution plans, unlocking new data insights, and using strong communication and influencing skills to surface risks and secure timely resolutions.
- Enable upstream and downstream cross‑functional teams to improve network inventory health and accelerate end‑of‑life inventory turnover, optimizing DC space utilization and overall operational efficiency.
- Drive process efficiency and visibility by enhancing reporting capabilities and delivering clear, actionable inventory KPIs and insights that empower teams to execute against strategic mandates.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team to develop and operationalize governance processes, quantify risks and impacts, and drive implementation plans across the organization.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree Economics, Commerce, Data Analytics or similar; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in management or financial consulting, or equivalent experience with internal function within a large corporation
- 4+ years of experience leading a team and cross-functional partners
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with varying timelines and scopes; including ability to plan, budget and manage project execution
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and foster this within your team
- Demonstrated ability to align leadership team members to a set of recommendations, plans and drive decision making
- Strong experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word necessary. Experience with Power BI, SQL and JIRA is an asset
