We’re looking for a Manager, Membership & Marketing who brings energy, ownership, and a service mindset to everything they do.

What You’ll OwnMarketing & Member Communications (Your Core Focus)- Drive proactive, thoughtful marketing and communication strategies
- Ensure the brand shows up consistently and professionally across email, social, web, and publications
- Treat social media as a strategic communication tool, supported by third-party vendors
- Build authentic member relationships—remembering milestones, following up, and creating moments of connection
- Support member recruitment and awareness-building initiatives
- Bring a hospitality-first mindset—members should always feel known, supported, and valued
- Use modern tools (including AI) to work smarter and stay current
Project Management (Absolutely Essential)- Manage multiple projects at once, often running in parallel
- Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with precision
- Coordinate internal contributors and external partners
- Keep projects moving without constant follow-ups from leadership
Marketing Project LeadershipYou’ll oversee (not execute alone) several major initiatives each year, including:
- Annual report
- Member surveys & compensation surveys
- Quarterly magazine (4 issues/year)
- Industry insights and communications that drive engagement
Who You Are- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing up and across—not waiting for direction
- Confident balancing competing priorities
- Service-driven: members come first, always
- Energized by ownership, variety, and responsibility
Experience in clubs, hospitality, associations, non-profits, or startups is a strong asset—especially if you understand what high-touch service really means.
What You Bring- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, critical thinking skills, strong common sense and work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail, knowing that every touch point represents the Association’s brand
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working hybrid (must be within commuting distance)
- French bilingualism is an asset, not a requirement
